How does the free trial work?
Your first subscription includes one free trial per account. Choose any plan and try it free for 7 days with that plan’s full profile allowance. A card is required. After 7 days, your subscription starts automatically at the monthly price shown unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from Billing in Settings.
What counts toward my profile limit?
Each social account counts as one profile. A creator on Instagram and YouTube counts as two. The same profile counts only once across Following and all the boards in your account.
How often are profiles updated?
Every plan includes daily checks for new posts and daily profile metric refreshes. Available posts and metrics vary by platform, and some posts may not be included. X currently surfaces popular posts.
Are AI summaries included?
AI summaries are planned and aren’t available yet. When available, AI usage will be billed separately from your profile plan. The prices above don’t include an AI usage allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can manage your subscription from Billing in Settings. The billing portal shows your available plan changes and cancellation options, including when each change takes effect.
Are taxes included in these prices?
Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Applicable taxes are added at checkout, where you can review the total before subscribing.
